Excellent experiences with each persons I have counted in the clinic

I love Sasha. Every experience with her has been great. As long as she's practicing primary care in my area, I'll be her patient. She listens, understands that I know my body best, and gives me options and takes my recommendations as well.

Always on time, listens, understands my health needs and keeps me up to date on needed shots and needed upcoming specialist I may need to see.

This last meeting was the best one that I have had in quite a while. In the past I did not receive a clear message as to when I could see someone.

The best thing at this office is the provider and their care team (e.g. MA, Nurse, etc.). The frustration is the communication between 'back-office' and providers communicating the same thing (or not) to patient (i.e. Me : )

I've only had excellent care from my provider. I always look forward to my visits and come away please and thankful

She takes the time to listen, I feel heard, and she understands the complexity of my health needs. Sasha is one of the most caring, kind, and compassionate provider. I could not have gotten through my depressive episode without her help. Even though I am a provider too, she still treated me as a patient that needed the highest quality care. I wish more providers were like her, she never makes me feel rushed and I feel valued and knows that she cares about my health needs.
