Didn't know a doctor could be this good
Dr Reinhart-McMillan took time to get to know so much about me in our first visit, and ordered tests I was denied at Kaiser Permanente. She is personable, made me feel completely at ease, and gave me information I had never heard before that made one of my concerns seem more hopeful--and tests were ordered for that. She thinks proactively rather than retroactively, as more cost-restrictive caregivers seem to do. I felt cared for.

Awesome communication. Was limited by The Portland Clinic's business model. She listened and discussed options and was willing to help me in the best way that fit my lifestyle. Suggested testing that uncovered issues I'd had for years that other doctors dismissed.

I saw Dr. Reinhardt-McMillan twice after not having been to a doctor in years… after a car accident wrecked my back, I was unable to work. I was very depressed and she was the most kind and caring physician I had ever met. She prescribed me some vitamin D when I had reservations about antidepressants. She truly listened and I’m eternally grateful for her comfort and caring when I needed it most.

Offered me 2 controlled substances in one visit even though my chart says I have a history of substance abuse and I told her that as well. Horrible.
