NP Ruby Mathew was outstanding. She demonstrated considerable compassion and extensive knowledge. I felt I was her most important patient - she was so focused on my assessment of symptoms and my concerns. Sometimes, you feel rushed during video visits and you get the impression the practitioner is merely checking off a list or reciting from a script. NP Mathew was the opposite. She put me at ease with her calm voice and she truly listened to me. She made real eye contact. We had a conversation - not a data dump. Truly a most positive experience!

I kind of laugh when I see this question because I have recommended UT health system to just about everybody I know in particular to that or I feel the cover is better than the VA
