I was sick today and the front desk smarted off to me and the nurse practitioner told me leave refused to see me . Every time I have went there he doesn’t know anything he is not a doctor he does not practice under a physician. My other doctor recommended me not to see this doctor anymore

Worst in Portland. Hands down. Front desk has an attitude EVERYTIME. They refuse to let you speak to him when you call with questions. He let my prescription run out completely before telling me that my insurance doesn’t cover it! Then when I took off work same day to immediately get in to figure out what other medicine could be covered he kicked me out of the office bc he asked out loud “who’s next” and I said hopefully me bc I have to leave and get back to work. I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour to talk about something that could have easily been handled over the phone. Something that he told me was handled when he put me on the medication when he told me the insurance approved it. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend him for nothing. So unprofessional!

Fast and efficient but will take time to discuss what's going on with your health. Several years ago did a great job putting 13 stitches in my head after hours. Randy didn't want me to have to pay ER rates for such an injury!

Randy is always very friendly and caring. He is always a straight shooter. You may not like what he has to say sometimes but, he is very honest. He has your best interest at heart. He's personable & professional. He has always taken the time to explain things, as well as, listen to my concerns. He has an amazing office staff also. From the moment I walk thru the door til i walk out I feel everyone in his office is accommodating, helpful, & they just make ya feel very comfortable. If you are looking for a dr to blindly hand out pain meds or help you beat the system he is not your guy but, if you are looking for an understanding, down to earth dr that will do his best to help you with any health issues you may have it doesn't get much better than Randy. Did i mention in addition to appointments he takes walk-ins?! Its rare to find that in an office especially an office with lab and x-ray capabilities onsite as well! Thank you Randy for being an amazing provider!

Instead of the typical 15 minute turn-around of patients at most walk-in clinics or doctor offices, Mr. Tidwell gave me a very thorough exam, explained each step of the treatment process he was going to use and made sure I understood. Instead of typical talk above my head medical terms, he used plain terms so I wasn't left lost, like What the hell does that mean? I would highly recommend Mr. Tidwell.
