Highly recommend

I am new to Portland, TN-I became VERY ill about 2.5 months ago. I went to a different urgent care office first and they did literally nothing for me to help me feel better. My husband recommended Randy so when I left the urgent care discouraged and miserable I made an appointment with him. It turned out I was suffering from Covid Pneumonia! Randy was SO thorough and he really was proactive in helping me get better. I went in weekly for X-rays and a battery of meds to help clear my lungs and improve my lung function. He made sure I got in to see an incredible Pulmonologist and he really went to bat for me on the phone with insurance companies and hospitals to get me the testing I needed. I am CONVINCED that had I just followed the original doctor’s instructions of- just wait it out- I would be in the hospital on a ventilator. He was incredibly helpful! His front office staff was SO kind and so attentive to me. They truly care about their patients. 5 stars from my family!
