Phara went above and beyond to test for food sensitivities and spent a lot of time with me suggesting ways that I could accommodate and avoid the sensitive foods and still have a balanced diet. I’ve lost over 13 lbs in a month by following her suggestions. There’s a great app that will track your diet so she can help guide you and make suggestions on what you can improve. I have recommended her to a lot of people I know.

I did not have the ideal experience with Ms. Taylor, as her approach was not client-centered. I did not feel as if she listened or tried to address my concerns as a client. There was a lack of collaboration with regards to my treatment plan or the steps needed to accomplish the identified goal(s). Also, it seemed as if she was using a "one size fits all" approach, irrespective of the specific concerns I presented regarding some of her recommendations. If you are seeking weight loss, she may be the person to go to, as I certainly lost weight following her recommendations. However, she was not a good fit for me, as I was not interested in weight loss. Instead, I was interested in developing a plan for nutrition and weight maintenance.

Excellent practitioner I would highly recommend her. She is very well educated and listens to her patients concerns. She is easy to talk to.
