Very knowledgeable about nutrition and makes weight loss fun and easy. First part of my weight loss goal has been reached thanks to Vicki Hatch. I not only see the results, but i feel the difference as well. Thank you so much for all your help and assistance on this weight loss journey. Down from 240lbs to under 200lbs. What a world of difference!

Vicki Hatch is sensational! Referred by my Primary Care Physician, she packed our first session with detailed information and authoritative advice on my condition and medication while explaining my most recent test results, all in the context of diet and nutrition, and discussed necessary dietary modifications, constructed varied meal plans for me, and explained the impact of food groups and meal timing. Best of all, I enjoyed every minute of it! Vicky is an expert nutritionist who really cares!
