She lacks empathy, emotion, and is unprofessional. Takes forever to see her. Does not seem to know what she's talking about and does not give referral elsewhere. Basically told me to figure it out, they don't have resources to help me. Waste of time. Horrible. Struggling emensly and she could not care less. All about money. Very sad our providers and health care is coming to this. Cant get help anywhere.

Perri Clifford was amazing. She was very thoughtful, thorough and professional, and answered all my questions and concerns. I have no worries that my health needs are in good hands. I highly recommend.

I recently had a case of Bells Palsy, and my primary doctor referred me over to Capital Care Neurology. After an exam, Perri Clifford recommended that I get an MRI /brain scan to ensure I didn't have any brain tumors or stroke. We also did some blood work for Lyme Disease. After the tests were done, I called the office to get my results. The practice refused to give me my results over the phone, and refused to schedule a telehealth appointment. With Covid, I preferred not going to a doctors office for obvious reasons, and the office is 45 minutes away from my house. The office assistant was extremely rude to me when I demanded to get the results of my medical records. Finally, after 3 weeks, Perri Clifford called me to state that my results came back normal. A week later, I got a letter in the mail stating that they have dropped me from their practice because they feel that they are "unable to maintain a beneficial doctor-patient relationship". UNBELIEVABLE.
