I received exceptional customer service, and she's personable,I would definitely recommend!

I only met Ms. Thomas through telehealth appointments. She never looked up from her screen, she asked the same questions in every meeting and never paid attention to my answers. I felt like a number in a system. When my medication wasn't working, she asked me what I'd like to do. I didn't know, that's why I'm seeking help. She diagnosed me with a personality disorder without explaining anything about it. I asked questions, but got no answers. Instead she suggested I'd get a second opinion. One of the things she treated me for was anxiety, but every time I saw her my anxiety rose and I had to take medication to make it through my appointments with her. Very cold demeanor.

This person has disregarded things that I have said to her, has reported false things in my file (such as saying that I stated something that I didn't), and has reported that I am currently doing certain activities that I told her I did in the PAST. She does not actively listen. She rarely actually looks at you. She does not appear to actually care. And she appears to become defensive when you question her judgment or diagnosis. I feel that this provider does not think that I know or understand myself or what is going on in my head. I feel as though she has treated me like I am uneducated and therefor can't grasp what is happening. I would not recommend anyone to see her. In order to help people, you have to actually care about your patients. I feel that she does not care.
