They canceled our appointment due to me refusing to give our social security card information. They better hope that nothing happens to my niece who is depressed and has attempted suicide over their policy of taking information that I am not legally obligated to give them. Billing Department does not need any our personal social security cards to send a bill to our house if there is an issue with Medicaid not paying my niece's bill! Now we have to scramble to find someone because of their incompetent office staff!

My daughter has been a patient there for 7-8 months now. Up until this last month we have had no issues and we absolutely love Dr. Morgan! But since her Dr is on maternity leave we are seeing another provider. We had an appointment this morning to refill her antipsychotic medication, due to my daughter being on a field trip I logged onto the appointment myself like I always have, I was told the appointment will need to be rescheduled and there will be no refills sent until she is on the call as well. I am a single mother to 4 kids and cannot keep leaving work and pulling her out of school every two weeks for a 15 minute refill appointment. The office staff is incredibly rude, the office manager is rude as well and hung up on me. They offered me an appt for the next day but due to work and my daughter being in school this is not feasible for us. I was told no refills would be sent in and her appt would be pushed way out. How can you let a child go possible weeks without her meds??
