I have always found Michelle to be very kind and thorough. She takes the time to really listen and to explain things to me. I can't recommend her enough.

Michelle was more thorough than any Dr I have ever seen. She actually listened to every thing that I said which made me feel comfortable! I would recommend her to any one and actually have.

I was in Plano visiting from CA when I developed a terrible head cold. My mother-in-law is a patient of Michelle Musallam's, so she got me in to see her right away. Michelle is kind, understanding, extremely knowledgeable, & treated me as if I had been one of her patients for years. I told her I was hesitant to take certain types of medications & she respected that and came up with other options of things I could take. Her years of experience are apparent, I felt very comfortable in her care.

Michelle is an exceptional health care provider. During every appointment I have had with her she has shown the utmost care and concern. She has always listened and asked the right questions and was able to diagnose a difficult condition that had previously gone undiagnosed. I've been so pleased with her care that I have referred all of my family members to her and they are very satisfied as well. I am so grateful to have someone to take care of me that really cares!

PA Michelle is one of the most compassionate people I have met in the medical field. I went in because my marriage had dissolved and all I was hugging was my dog. I had lost interest in friends and life in general. Her soothing words and kindness opened my heart to finding a new pathway to living. She also encouraged me to have a physical which I had put off for several years. No one has ever been as thorough as she was. Finally, I have found THE new doc for me. No more searching.

SHE IS THE WORST 'PA' NOT A DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.. SHE IS VERY CRITICAL ABOUT THINGS SHE KNOWS NOTHING OF.. SHE IS VERY COLD AND RUDE. YOU SHOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR OR PA AND SHE IS NOT ONE THAT WILL DO THAT. SHE THINKS SHE IS CUTE BEING STRAIGHT FORWARD WHEN SHE IS ACTUALLY BEING RUDE. SHE DOES NOT EVEN COMMENT OR LOOK AT YOU WHEN YOU SPEAK. SHE TOTALLY IGNORES IT AND MAKES HER OWN JUDGEMENT BY HOW YOU LOOK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU KEEP LOOKING FOR A BETTER PA'.
