PA Thomas listens and handles the situation at hand. Then proceeds to discuss medications and what’s needed. He is never in a hurry but allows a visit to naturally come to a close. He is very thorough and doesn’t waste your time. He is flexible with telehealth or in person visits; whatever suits his patient’s preferences. A caring and genuinely servant medical practitioner.

Stayed with me for a few years. Kept wanting to switch to new meds. Took dna test showing what I already knew that I can not take most class of meds. The issue was an old med works. Wants to push new ones. Did not ween me off medication, instead dropped me as patient when covid re-opened his office to what he thinks are younger- cuter patients. His app was hacked exposing my personal info.

Mebin Thomas pushed medication. When he sees it not working, he states to the parents, they have to find a hospital to take their child for OVER-HAUL on the medication. Child was in hospital for 5 weeks, worse misstate we could have ever made. AS PARENTS WE ARE NOT, PLEASE WITH MEBIN THOMAS AT ALL.

I saw him for over about 3 years and it started out great. However my problem was when I turned 18 and wasn’t bringing my parent along with me. He didn’t explain much about the meds I was put on and some were great. Others were terrible and when I had concerns about bad side effects it could take weeks for me to get into contact. Most times staff wouldn’t answer phones and I never got any of my voicemails addressed or returned. I also was basically abandoned by him when he switched to his new clinic. I was told he would reach out to schedule a new appointment at the new clinic and never heard back. Called many times (the new and old clinics) trying to get in or at least get my records sent to me to see someone else. Since his unresponsivness I have had to go off all my meds due to having no refills. I’m very upset about all of this and the only response I have ever gotten was when my mother called and they told her they could get me in the schedule (which I was not interested in).

Mebin Thomas is an awesome provider. He really listens and is kind and compassionate.

This man is the only person to touch my child's illness at all. He has found the right medication and approach (which is stricter, yet steady) to get behaviors under control. He has care for a mother's love, yet also safety and quality of life caring for a sick family member. You will absolutely have long waits to be seen, so block out your day. He is not with BCBS; you may have to cash pay to see him, and all that is worth it.

Dr. Thomas is amazing. He really cares about his patients and helping them find the right treatment plan. He is good at following up (you don't get that with a lot of doctors these days, unfortunately) and getting patients in to see a specialist if needed. He always makes me feel comfortable and he really listens to me when I have a concern or a new symptom.

After years as a patient with other psychiatrists, I was absolutely delighted to be under the care of Mebin Thomas! He remembered me and my family between visits (far more rare than people may think!) and actually listens, with compassion and a great deal of knowledge in his field. Highly recommended. Really, the best I've ever seen, hands down. Sometimes the wait is a bit long, but I've always felt it was worth the wait. I won't see anyone else!

This PA deserves to be recognize. Thomas saved my life with drug therapy. Thomas really takes the time to listen and talk to his patient to see how they are. His compassion for patient is truly a god send. I strongly recommend him to anyone seeking medical help.

I FINALLY found a doctor that listens to what I have to say! And Actually cares! I highly recommend Dr. Thomas Mebin! I have referred a friend of mine cause her dr again wasn't listening and was just changing meds every visit like most do! I'm telling you he is a God send! I feel so much better and I'm on way less medication! I live in Norman and I make the 35 min drive just to see him and will continue to do so! If you are looking for a caring dr that will listen to what you have to say call!

One of if not THE BEST treatment I've ever received from a physician. Professional at every angle, and in my opinion, well educated in the field of medicine. I recommend his services to anyone needing medical attention.
