This woman told me, a suicidal patient, I realize your depression is more likely to k*ll you than your cardiac condition, but that's not a risk I'm willing to take and sent me away with zero referrals after I was denied for treatment. I'm happy people seem to have had positive experiences with her, but I think it's important that people know that this is something that was said and done.

I have completed 7 ketamine infusions since December. All of the nurses are fantastic. They are all skilled phlebotomists and check on me when I am undergoing treatment. This treatment is literally a lifesaver. Prior to ketamine treatments, I was extremely suicidal. Now I am looking forward to what I'm going to do with the rest of my life. My depression is better, as well as my OCD and anxiety. Dr. Dalthorp is a miracle worker.

I was really disappointed with this office. I tried to set a psychiatry and psychology appointment because they are in network for my insurance. The woman I spoke to gave me incorrect information regarding my insurance. They wanted to charge me full price for my appointment plus a $100 deposit in advance. They told me that the deposit would be a credit on my account but I feel that it is wrong for doctors to pre-charge their patients. I later called my insurance because I was confused at what this woman told me. I found out that if I were to go to their office, everything was covered at 100%. There were no out of pocket costs for me. They seem to be very dishonest.

One of the most Compassionate Doctors I have met. From the 1st visit I knew this was what I had been looking for. I like that she uses other alternatives then just pharmacuticals. The whole team runs extremely smoothly and her staff is Wonderful. I have been going to her clinic for a number of years now and have been helped by her and her staff greatly. From Marriage Counseling to Therapy, these people are at the top of Oklahoma City!

Dr. Dalthrop is the best! She is open to nontraditional treatments such as diet changes, environmental changes, etc as well as utilizing meds for their less common solutions. Some people have commented that she is cold, heartless, etc. Just because she doesn't coddle her patients doesn't mean she doesn't care and second she is focused on helping you feel your best. I don't need warm and fuzzies, I need to feel better. Lastly, if you don't understand something - that's on you. ASK questions!!

I don't understand the negative reviews about Dr. Dalthorp. She does not have a bubbly giggly personality but she is very kind and truly cares about her patients' well-being. Women's general and mental health are serious things and I want someone who knows what they are talking about and will support and push you towards a better you. She is continually keeping up with the newest studies in her field so you know you can trust her knowledge. I LOVE her and everyone else at Balance Women's Health.

Dr. Dalthorp is caring, non-judgmental, and SO knowledgeable. Do not expect her to tell you exactly what you want to hear. She is insanely sweet and I LOVE her, but I also know I will be in trouble by her on my next visit If I'm not doing what I should be doing to keep myself healthy. You can talk to her about anything. She schedules each patient for about an hour so that you can tell her anything, whether it is health related or not. She listens, not to reply, but to understand. LOVE Her!
