Unacceptable
I was seen by Matthew Sanockie on March 28th, 2025 at the Fairview walk in clinic in Maplewood, MN. I had a fever and was following up after being told I had pneumonia at the Target Minute Clinic. I was waiting to be taken back for chest X-rays when I saw a notification that the After Visit Summary had been uploaded to MyChart. I had not yet even seen the provider or spoke to him. I had not even been Xrayed. How is it possible that my After Visit Summary had been completed, when I haven’t even begun the visit? He also barely took any time to listen to my lungs when I eventually did see him, much less than they did even at the minute clinic. I am so disappointed in the care (or lack thereof) that he provided.

A+ knowledge and personality
Dr. Sanocki is very friendly, personable, patient and knowledgable!! He listened to me with empathy and provided encouragement. I would choose him as my PCP if I could. He's an excellent urgent care doctor!!
