First appointment she was a no-show. I tried to call repeatedly. Voice mail was full. Not recommended.

I had two sessions with Mary, both were interrupted with phone calls for which she left the room. When I attempted to be assertive about my concerns over this behavior and my time, she started with "ma'am if you are not comfortable..." No, I did not just spend a day and a half spilling my guts for someone to help me find solutions to my issues in order to be called "Ma'am". I am your patient, and I have a name! No wonder you think I have self-esteem issues! I try to stand up for myself and you "Ma'am" me instead of say my name?!?!?
