Alex is the perfect balance of blunt honesty, zero judgement, and true, heartfelt support. She has brought a stability and feeling of hope into my life from our first appointment that I thought lost to me. She's like a human antianxiety pill and is also a legitimately good person. If you feel like you can't breathe and you don't have control, a voice, or hope - talk to Alex. Honestly? The best way I can describe meeting her - and my ongoing experience - is this: it was like I was in a tornado I couldn't get out of and suddenly, finally, someone grabbed onto me hard and didn't let go.

Alexandra was the best therapist my son ever saw. He made tremendous improvements in learning to manage his ADHD and depression. My formerly suicidal son is now married, employed, and expecting his first child!
