She takes 4 days to return phone calls. She's not as good (or smart, I don't know). Her nurse is sarcastic. The nurse said that they can't keep up with what everyone's medicine coverage because everyone's is different. This is after telling them my medicine she prescribed wasn't covered. Funny. The doctors in the office have prescribed medicine that wasn't covered, and when I told them, they were able to prescribe something else. Why couldn't she?
