Michelle has a wonderful bedside manner, and sincerely listens to my concerns, and adjusts treatment on the fly if she feels it’s necessary. I feel as though she cares like family, and that means so much to me. We shoot each other straight and that really works for me. I feel like making a sincere effort to achieve results due to her involvement. When I send a MyChart message, I ALWAYS get a prompt response, so that I can adjust myself per her directives. Very happy to be a patient of Michelle’s, and always look forward to my office visits, even if it’s not all good news. I get directions to help whatever I’m struggling with.
