Very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to understand. Ms. Baumann puts all information in an easy to understand explanation with examples to relate to. I enjoyed my visit so much. I felt like she paid attention to me and listened. I wish she could do all of my different appointments! I will recommend her to anyone in need!!

Saw the Nurse practitioner at the neurologist office today. Always saw the Doctor before. Was very pleased with the nurse practitioner and will always ask for her from now on.

Did not listen. Made assumptions without asking. I.e. because I carry a cane I am unsteady and have trouble with balance. When I said the numbness in my feet was getting worse she assumed it was spreading up my legs. Spent way too much time on stroke symptoms and warnings
