Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. They were running ahead of schedule so I had virtually no wait. Julie was very thorough and informative about my health issue. It was an overall great experience.

After being examined I was told I did not have to return. After returning home I received a call informing me I had to have two other things checked out. I am awaiting further communication.

Office did not follow thru with making my appointment after my discharge from the hospital, and after much complaining was told my case fell thru the cracks. The office staff was very rude when I tried to get an appointment. My pcp office had to get involved for me to get an appointment...5weeks after DC for a stroke.. Nurse practioner was kind.

Had a frustrating experience having someone answer the phone after being put on hold for 15 minutes on two separate days. No one ever answered the phone. My home care nurse called for me and she ran into the same problem
