I saw Dr. Fishel about 5 years ago. I was severely depressed and anxious all the time and had begun harming myself. The most important lesson I took from working with her was self-compassion. She introduced Cognitive-behavioral therapy to me as well. To this day, I'm very grateful for her services.

Although she seems quite knowledgeable and I really liked her at first, she ended up in my opinion being completely hoodwinked by a classic borderline, which in my case had devastating effects for my family.

Of all the psychologists and psychiatrists I have been to over the years, Dr. Fishel is far and away the best. She is very nice and is a real world Sherlock Holmes who will help you identify twisted thoughts and lead you to have many Aha moments. Her expertise is in cognitive behavioral therapy and she will help you develop self-compassion. Best wishes.
