This was my first experience with a mental health counselor and fortunately, it was an extremely pleasant one. Despite my initial concerns, she made me comfortable enough to attend multiple sessions and eventually, I actively looked forward to them. Her support and guidance allowed me to reflect on emotions that I had long evaded and she often provided additional perspectives that I had not previously considered. Great counselor, she is doing amazing work!
