Erin Gething Knittel

Erin is so so wonderful; I cannot recommend her enough. I switched to her after ten years with my previous therapist, whom I saw for ADHD and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), yielded no meaningful improvement on either front. Although I liked him, I dreaded my appointments and they inevitably felt like a huge waste of time. Conversely, I actively look forward to my sessions with Erin, and—in the weeks between—find myself frequently remembering helpful insights or suggestions she made. I should mention that social anxiety features rather prominently in my portfolio, so I generally do NOT like talking to people whom I haven't known for years. Erin is one of those rare souls with whom I found myself almost instantly comfortable. She is empathetic, insightful, well-informed and wise beyond her years. Plus she's just super nice. I am beyond thrilled that I found her!
