Lynna was very kind and understanding. She listened to my anxiety ramblings and I actually left our session feeling better when I fully anticipated feeling worse after having dragged up all my issues. I feel confident she helped me take a good first step toward healing.

Very unprofessional & manipulative. Took advantage of us & treated us with such disregard that I vomited after we left office. She even smirked with pride & chuckled as we left. They forgot about us for over an hour, nursing intake wasnt performed, & we were told multiple times that an LPC can make any diagnosis she wants because doctors "get it wrong". We went to seek help with coping with recent changes but she caused so much damage in one appt that we may never seek a counselor again.
