Tried calling her office three different times, ended up leaving a voicemail. Got a text saying she was going to call me back on Monday, never heard from her again. Gonna start looking for a therapist that actually wants new patients.

You usually meet a counselor during one of the worst points in your life. Leann has been a gift. She has a wonderful demeanor, that puts you at ease. We are at the point, where she knows how I am, when I walk in the door. She knows the inflections in my voice. Leann has helped me work through job & family issues and I know, Leann is on my team. She returns my calls quickly as possible and is willing to spend a little more time when I or someone else needs We are fortunate to have her here.
