Laurie is wonderful to talk with about my health concerns. She listens very well and gives me concise and at times forceful answers I am supposed to heed, and reminds me when I am not. She is a pleasure to visit, even when sick, as she brightens up my day and makes me feel I am getting good healthcare.

I was feeling awful, and needed to see the Doctor. As it turned out, my appointment was scheduled with Lorrie Knapp. I was so grateful, as Lorrie and her team handled all of my needs on a professional level along with some kind TLC thrown in! I ended up having the Flu and am thankful for their excellent care!

Routine visit with 4 Rx's needing refills. A week after my appointment I found out they had NOT been ordered. I ordered them directly from Silver Script and since 3 of them had no refills left, there is a further delay in receiving them. In the case of Simvastatin, I will have been without for at least 2 weeks. This is the first time this has happened but it is UNacceptable.

Lorrie is a wonderful medical professional! We have trusted her diagnosis and her earnest speak for 5 years. She has excellent bedside manner for every member of my family.

Lorrie Knapp, (APRN3237502, RN3237502), advised me to use exercise as a way to deal with my shortness of breath, chest pressure and pain, weakness, syncopy, hypotension, and tachycardia. She advised this during an E.R. follow-up, where I experienced hypotension in a controlled sitting/standing test and was advised to follow-up with my general practitioner (Ms. Knapp) for a referral to a cardiologist and ECG. She was unprofessional, condescending, long-winded, and hostile. I left her office in tears. Currently, I am filing a complaint with the FL board of nursing. BEWARE!!!

By far, the most INCOMPETENT medical professional I have EVER had the displeasure of visiting. My complaint to the FL board of nursing is being filed. BEWARE!

Lorrie Knapp is the most awesome Physician or doctor that I have experienced. If you believe your doctor is not listening to you, you need to dump them and switch to Lorrie Knapp. Also remember if your doctor says, “I hear you” Hearing is Not the Same as Listening. You deserve the respect of a doctor who “actively listens to you”. Danny Woods
