My visit are always good staff and Lori krol is very good

My daughter and I have been going to Lori for many years now. I base things on how we are treated personally, and Lori has always been great to both of us. She always takes time to listen and not judge at all. Actually if it wasn't for her about 4 years ago, I wouldn't have gotten an issue fixed because the specialist wasn't listening to me. She never makes us feel rushed, or uncomfortable in any way. She will listen and try to get the answers we need.

I absolutely LOVE Lori!! I used to go to another healthcare office in Wheatfield and switched when Lori opened her own office. She's very informative, yet caring. I feel comfortable being honest with her, and I trust her. I couldn't be happier with Lori and her staff!!!!

Lori is always very attentive to my issues, and her staff is great at accommodating my hectic schedule.

I absolutely love Lori! She listens&takes her time with each patient. Addresses all my concerns. My toddler doesn’t let many people hold her, but she lets Lori pick her up. She is great with all my kids and me. The office is excellent about getting us in the day we need to be seen. We never wait long in the office, or wait long back in the room for Lori to come check us out. She always is smiling& friendly. I highly recommend Lori. The office is clean. staff are very friendly. I have been going to Lori for 10 years. I would highly recommend scheduling your next visit at her office. Every time I have scheduled an appointment the process has been an easy and a pleasant experience. Lori will always listen to any concerns you have and then address them as a true medical professional. Her bedside manner is the absolute best I have ever seen and felt. She laughs and she will cry with you. I couldn’t possibly imagine going anywhere else.

This is just an opinion. But I truly believe lori isn't a very nice person all around. She is really two faced and while change on you so quick. She shouldn't be trusted.

She always listens to me and my concerns. If I have an idea or question about anything she will always answer and help me understand what is going on. Fantastic person!

I have been go in g to Lori Krol for 15 years. She is wonderful. She is very understanding, and caring about what is wrong. She gets to the bottom of your problem. I Love Lori!!! I have followed her to 3 different offices that is how much I love her. She has always been good to my kids also.

Great Office and Great Staff! So friendly and the Nurse Practitioner was very caring. Understood my concern and took time to explain everything to me. She even cried with me. Office is so clean and feels like home there.

It's the office of Jekyl and Hyde...won't recommend to worst enemy! While appears to be a great office, the staff is treated horrible. Poorly ran! It's a shame! Very rude, unprofessional office manager to say the least.

Do not waste your time. Very unprofessional management and nurse practitioner. They are only in it for the money and do not care for the wellbeing of their patients. The turn over rate is also ridiculous. The second you start trusting the staff they switch.

My son & grandkids love Lori! She has a great bedside manner especially with nervous kids. And she'll keep at it till she gets your test results or whatever you need. Nice office too. Spotless & friendly staff.

Won't go anywhere else. Staff is awesome! And when I saw the review below about the Office Manager I was shocked...she helped explain my insurance coverage to me in a way I could actually understand she was great and very friendly! So that person must of not paid a bill or something or maybe it was a bad past employee who knows. Regardless Nurse Practitioner Lori Krol will have me as a forever patient!

Do not waste your time making an appt. Waited too long to be seen! Prices way too high as well. Very disappointed.

The employees here are treated horribly!!!!! Need to look into a new office manager that knows how to run a business!!! Small town, word gets around quick!!! Hostile workplace I believe is the best term!!!
