This place is just a bunch of drug dealers. They should of been shut down for what she did. The town is blind to her criminal life style. It's sad.

Kouts clinic took patients money for lab work in advance (patient did not have insurance) and then never paid lab company. Patient now receiving collection letter from lab company because Kouts Clinic never paid them.
