I'd like to thank Liliya Kuliya & "her team" of Jake and Emiliana. They did an ear flush for me on 2/22. The team, I believe, Jake was training Emiliana, was so determined to get ALL the wax out of my ears. Jake kept asking if I was alright, I reassured him I was fine"go for it, do what you have to do". Liliya came in a couple of times to check, but saw more, so more flushing. When Jake was done, he had took the container out into the hall, I'm assuming to show Liliya & I could hear his excitement. He seemed elated with his accomplishment. As he asked before he left the room -how I felt, I said "wow I can hear again". Liliya came back in and checked once again & gave me instructions. They made something I was very nervous about - a piece of cake. Actually, what was to take 15-20 mins took over 1 hr. - Jake said - at one point - "I bet you feel like moving, you've been here so long" I took it jokily - & said "it's all good, I'm fine.

she is one of the best people you could ever have treat you, goes out of her way to make sure your 100% happy, and will not quit until she solve what ales you, glad to be a live, and I owe it to her.

Very rude and nasty. Poor communication skills. Waited 2 hours for an appt. She talks down to you and makes you feel stupid. Pick another doctor.
