We made an appointment with Ashley because my son had a cyst on his neck. We had gone to urgent care but the provided insufficient care for the cyst and the lancing process was very uncomfortable for my son. Ashley put him at ease despite the fact that she had to lance it again. She made sure he understood the process, thoroughly explained what she was doing every step of the way and kept confirming he was ok.
