My experience was not good. I am usually tolerable about bad service being given, but Mr. Jones and his mannerism was not only unprofessional, but absolutely unacceptable. He has an arrogant attitude and has a very uncaring demeanor. If he does not to some degree enjoy what he does, he should find another job.
