Dr. Onya Lemar, DPM

Dr. Lemar and staff are very awesome and I was completely impressed with their professionalism and Patient care.

Dr Lemar has what it takes to keep my husband on track when no other doctor has ever succeeded. My husband is a rebellious patient and has never been successfully discharged from any hospital. He also has a complicated medical history including a damaged immune system. Surgery is scary, but Dr. Lemar was informative and detailed in her explanation of his injuries and the options for treatment. We understood all the risks and were given every scenario for moving forward. She put in extra effort to assist my husband in every aspect of the recovery process. She made him feel like he was her only patient when she was with him. Dr. Lemar understood my rebellious husband but connected with him despite his hard head. My husband says she's a brilliant surgeon because his behavior after surgery should have caused more complications and loss of his leg. I know no other doctor could have gotten my husband through this. Her support staff is as amazing as she is. A very lively bunch.

I love that Dr. Lemar takes her time during each visit. You never feel rushed and she makes you feel comfortable and at ease.I recommend her to everyone I know!

Dr. Onya was great and caring. I had scheduled a follow up appt with the front desk staff. They scheduled me. When I went back in 2 weeks. I paid for parking, got to the office. The office was completely closed. When I called them later that week to let them know. The staff was rude and told me that they called me to cancel. But the call I got was confirming the appt actually. An apology would’ve been appropriate instead of the backfiring of trying to put me at fault.

Dr. Lemar was the third physician and the one who was able to remove a piece of glass that was deeply embedded in my foot. She was calm, courteous and reassured me that she could remove the glass in the ER and not have to go to the OR.

Dr Lemar and her staff were very professional and great! She’s very compassionate, takes time to educate and genuinely cares, which improves outcomes.

She is the reason my husband still has his foot and his leg. Before being introduced to Dr Lemar, his doctors was scheduling amputation to the knee.

Dr. Lemar was very knowledgeable and caring. She and her staff went out of their way to help us with insurance. I don't believe these other bad reviews, they sound very entitled patients. All my family sees her and feels the same, even the picky ones. I've been to other foot docs and based on how she treats me and my family and their results, she's the best.

The doctor herself is friendly and nice. Her staff I nice. The worst part is that this doctor is not on time with her patients. There is poor communication with her staff about what people need when they checkout. The rooms at her office usually has lots of hair on the floors by patient's feet, so they are not very clean.

Dr Lemar is passionate about her patients and their care..... her compassionate personality along with the professionalism she exhibited helped me to deal with my traumatic injury and recovery. I would Recommend her to any and everyone!!!

Wonderful experience every time I come in ! The front desk is always friendly ! Love being able to get in and out in a timely manner ! Added bonus she plays movies on netflix for the kiddos in the lobby . Helps me keep them entertained so I can fill out any paperwork !

I really appreciate Dr. Lemar helping me to heal up my fractuerd ankle. When you walk in the office, the staff takes care of you quickly without wait time is less that 5 minutes. The staff makes you feel welcomed and have a positive way of signing the patients in quickly. I really recommend Dr.lemar to anyone that have ankle injuries and any pain that you have in your foot. Dr.Lemar is always available after hours if you have any issues after hours. Dr.lemar believes in findings the best opportunity to help you avoid surgery if possible. I have had positive feedback on my ankle every time I went in for a checkup. God bless you Dr.Lemar.

Wonderful to her patients beautiful bedside manner.

Dr. Lemar is incredible, but her office staff needs more training. They are nice but did not follow through on too many things they should have been on top of. I arrived for an appointment and they did not have the results back which wasted my time. Then I was lied to by one of her staff members over the phone when I needed to speak the doctor ASAP. It took 2 days to have my call returned by her staff not her.
