No show after initial consultation - negligent

Completely ghosted me after the free initial consultation.. I honestly thought I was scammed as I provided my billing, insurance info, medical history, etc. (as she requested) on the client portal after the free initial consultation.. I send multiple emails and left vmails as she was supposed to follow up after she received my info to book the first full session.. I elevated the issue to Alma (the platform I booked her through) and they did nothing.. she should have her medical license revoked with this type of professional negligence that I, and apparently others, experienced with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU REACH OUT TO ANOTHER PROVIDER.

No show, poor communication, no apology

A week before the first appointment, I messaged her to confirm she'd be able to provide medication management for my particular need, and she just never responded. Appointment time comes, she's a no show - I stay on the zoom and wait for an hour. She finally rescheduled the appointment and we get on, only for her to tell me she couldn't help me with my medication management. No acknowledgement or apology - for wasting over an hour and a half of my time. Giving 1 star because she offered a suggestion to use another site to find a provider.
