Didn't make eye contact the whole visit, just took my symptoms and sent me on my way with a prescription. And here’s the biggest complaint: Didn’t inform me when she switched practices.

I’ve been a patient for several years. Due to other health concerns I had not been able to see her to refil a preventative medicine. I’ve left 3 messages and was told she was leaving, they are referring me somewhere else and to get my primary care to see if they would refil my preventive meds. I’ve been without them for 8 days now. Not impressed with the care
