So knowledgeable and trustworthy!
I had seen Dr. Cockburn many years ago and he was amazing. Put me through testing and discovered something that I was previously diagnosed with from another DR I do not have. I have so much trust in him and his knowledge and treatments. I recently went back to Dr. Cockburn for a new medical issue and he immediately scheduled me for an in-depth test. Only complaint is that I have to wait way too long for this appointment (not his fault) and my appointment was rushed as 'Novant' raised the Specialty DR Co-pay and cut the appointment time to 15 minutes. I don't feel that everything was addressed enough due to a 15 minute appointment. Specialty Doctors need at least a 30 minute appointment with each patient. Novant should look into this and change appt. time to 30 minutes...not 15 minutes. I felt very rushed and felt that also in Dr. Cockburn. He's the 'best of the best'. Novant needs to allow him and all 'Specialty' doctors more time with each patient.

Never again
Stay away!!! This Dr Cockburn doesn’t know his head from his foot. He nearly killed me!This office is a mess. All of Novant Neurology is poorly managed with constant change of providers. Go to Baptist!

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be sent to Dr Cockburn in Kernersville. His staff was extremely nice. Dr Cockburn was very thorough, and he made me feel as if I was an old friend. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a Neurologist. I also hope all other younger physicians are as kind as him. Buddy Kearns
