Dr. Helou has changed my life. I first went to see her for couples therapy and I was in complete denial. I woke up!! We ended the couples therapy and I continued on my own working through issues from my childhood that I though were resolved. I have learned a lot!!

Dr, Helou is the most skilled, professional, and supportive therapist I could have ever imagined. She focuses on love and progress and truly cares about her patients. She not only helped me at a really hard time in my life, but gave me tools and strategies to become a better me in all my future endeavors and relationships. I would recommend her to anyone.
