Kayla always listens completely to my concerns and is very compassionate and caring. She is very knowledgeable and answers my questions completely. She expresses herself in clear, easy to understand ways. If I still have additional questions she takes time to answer those also without rushing me. She responds with great information that applies to the questions I ask, and she gives me strategies and information that I did not know. Kayla has a standard of excellence that makes me feel very confident about my medical care. I am very thankful for her compassion and medical knowledge.

Absolutely the best FNP I’ve EVER been to. She is wonderful. Very thorough with medication and conditions. Got my brother and partner seeing her as well and they both have the same opinion as me on Dr Joplin. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. She has helped me so much with my medical conditions and but my mind at a lot of ease about the conditions as well! I’d give her 10 stars but the max is 5!
