Dismissive, Uninformed Telehealth Experience

I had a frustrating telehealth visit with this doctor. Despite my history of safely using a common, non-narcotic medication prescribed by numerous doctors over 15 years (both in person and telehealth), he refused, stating he couldn’t prescribe it “off-label.” He ignored my past experiences, repeatedly talked over me, and pushed a topical medication I already explained was ineffective for me and caused intolerable side effects. He was condescending, showed little knowledge about my condition, and lacked compassion. Would not recommend.
