This provider has had to see my child recently several times for an ongoing, persistent rash. She has taken a lot of time explaining the type of bacteria causing it, the course of action and has the nurses following up with us regularly. I would recommend Kat to any parents out there.

Kathleen has gone above and beyond learning about my sons rare genetic disorder and communicating with our care team at children’s hospital so that she is in the loop and understands the treatments and things we are going through. She’s always take the time to answer my questions and support whatever decisions i’ve made for my son. Truly so kind, supportive and caring!

Kathleen is a great fit for the pediatric team. She was thorough and responsive, provided lots of education in an approachable way and offered choice to my 14 year old daughter in how her appointment went - so important for this age.

This appointment was one of the worst. It was supposed to be a quick half hour appointment to check on an ear infection and get his vaccines. We checked in at 1:50 for a 2pm appointment and didn’t get out of there until 3:25! We had been 6 mins late for a previous appt and were turned away so I made sure to be early. We sat and sat and sat and for a one year old that’s not easy. She checked his ear and it was fine but then we sat and waited again for his vaccines and eventually had to go out and ask because I had other kids to get from school. She had ordered a vaccine that was for a 4 year old not an infant. The whole experience was very annoying especially after being turned away 2 weeks earlier for being late with a sick kid. They wasted my time but luckily the other lady caught the mistake before my son got the wrong vaccine. Double check everything!
