If you've been dealing with psychiatric issues, look no further, because Auren is incredible! He's knowledgeable and thorough. He genuinely cares about his patients and he's helped me where others could not. I sought help for nearly 20 years, and I finally found it in Auren. Great Psychiatrist. I won't go to anyone from here on out

He is always very personable and humble. Always suggests practical advice without an agenda. I usually have person to person visit but he agreed to have a zoom appt since I was not feeling well. He has been seeing my grandson for about two years for ADHD and some PTSD issues. My grandson does not always communicate well and Dr O’Connell is very patient and sensitive to his behavior. He is a great Dr and I am very satisfied, he also works in the area that I live, which is always a plus.

Quality Visit
In the past I have felt rushed and was not able siscuss all my concerns. However my last 2 appointments have been good I felt heard and many of my issues were addressed. I felt that he took the time to review my chart so he was well informed about my current treatment. I was happy with the way they responded to my problems with medications and responded well through the Patient Portal.

Wish this was telehealth as I live in Ellensburg
I really don't know why I go here. My former PCP recommended going here to see how the therapy would go. I've had no therapy just medications prescribed and one time I was called someone else's name all the way until just before the end of my appointment.
