Dr Chen is very restricted in her points of view & gets easily offended if her suggestions are not considered. She suggested I threaten to shave my daughters head if she didn't wash it properly to save me the trouble and work, my daughter has had developmental delays, OCD, recently 6 days in the psych unit & possible Autism. I tried to explain that my child issues are there since birth, biological & it's not willful. She didn't consider my points of view. Chen listens to reply, not to understand
