I found her very uncaring and was very disappointed with the service she provided. She took no initiatives to understand my symptoms or offer concrete advice. At times, I felt she was asking me for a diagnosis rather than the other way around. The overall process felt rushed. The most disappointing part of my experience was her lack of compassion for my symptoms. She made me felt like my condition wasn't worth her attention or time.
