Dr. Jonathan Noble, OD

I have seen Dr Noble twice now as a squeeze in urgent appointment, I normally see someone else at the practice but have had a couple urgent appointment needs pop up. He has been very kind in terms of squeezing me into his schedule, but has a somewhat curt bedside Manner and was fairly physically rough both times. I have a corneal injury that is extremely painful when it flares up, and while I understand not wanting to numb things to the point where you risk further injury, he was very callous about pain control during the exam. I was literally in tears and flinching away and he seemed rather impatient with my inability to tolerate direct pressure to the injury or my eye being pried open.He is very knowledgeable in his field, and I do think he is a very competent physician, but as someone with high anxiety and who is dealing with significant amounts of pain around this condition, I will try to avoid seeing him again if possible.

My husband, kids, and Noble's for more than a decade. We've always been more than satisfied with his services. We've always had an easy time scheduling appointments, his staff is very pleasant, and whenever we've had an emergency, the doctor has seen us right away. My son got a small fragment of glass in his eye once, and Dr. Noble was so great with him. Five stars.
