She was absolutely no help to me I tried to give her a chance and message her my concerns but she just brushed it off. I went in for sciatica pain and working in the healthcare field I know when something is wrong. I asked her to order me and MRI but she told me to wait 4 weeks and instead made a referral for a pain doctor and physical therapy to just put a bandaid on it even though I told her my leg was going numb and I could barely walk. I finally checked into the ED and needed emergency surgery the next day to fix a herniated disc that was causing my pain which could’ve turned permanent if I waited any longer. After my hospital visit I was following up to have her prescribe me some medication for a sinus infection from the surgery but instead she wants me to go make an appoint somewhere else and go spend more money and more visits instead of helping me out and knowing my situation I’m in a day after spinal surgery. Very disappointed in her care and will be looking for a new provider

So happy to have found NP Jill Hefti-Breed after my previous provider moved away! She is so kind and compassionate and offers excellent care. She takes her time with you and listens well to partner with you on your health care. Easy to schedule, great appointment availability and minimal wait times just enhance the experience. I appreciate that she takes a more holistic approach to health! Highly recommended.

Jill is one of the best family care practitioners I know. She is brilliant, thoughtful, caring, decisive and very professional. She diagnosed and treated countless issues with my entire family from appendicitis to wound care to stitches to solid and straightforward advice to teenagers. She cared for my whole family for many years in Naples, Florida and we wish she would return. Castle Rock is fortunate to have the services of Jill.

I saw multiple doctors in the area before I ended up at HealthFit Family Practice. From the moment I walked in I knew this place was different. One of the doctors was in the waiting room talking to patients leaving like they were family. Though busy, the waiting room was full of people happy and sharing stories. Staff was great, and Jill spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and even answering old one's other providers had failed too. Great provider, great clinic.
