Knowledgeable, kind and clear
Feeling faint after my MRI, she took the time to offer juice and a snickers before proceeding with the injection. Clearly shared and explained what was happening as things proceeded, and what to expect. Felt very comfortable.

Cortisone Injection
Jennifer was terrific - her approach is friendly and patient, plus she takes the time to explain the process and describes the steps through the procedure. I have had 2 cortisone injections and 2 HA, after having surgery on my shoulder in 2022. She discussed the options moving forward. She also had a couple students attend my latest visit so that they could learn the procedure first hand. She is a tremendous asset for Dr McCarty’s team and I can't imagine a better experience.
