Demands unnecessary visits. Not a reasonable provider to work with. Trying to fill up an empty schedule should tell you all you need to know.

This morning I received any email and text from Advent to confirm my appt with Jennifer Naruta and "check in" which I did. This afternoon(same day) I received an email/voicemail/text cancelling this appointment for the second time, first appt was scheduled 5/31 and second appt 6/21 both cancelled by Advent/Jen. My original appt was 4/26 which prompted lab work and the follow up appt with Naruta. I have been waiting for this particular appt for 11 weeks. I am not a new patient. I have lab work that I am concerned about and all I want to do is discuss it with my medical professional. The incompetency I have been experienced from Advent Health and Jen Naruta is so extremely disappointing. I'm trying to be responsible with my health and I keep getting met with road blacks.

If I could give a zero that would be my score. I was recently diagnosed with a chronic illness in Dec. In Dec I was prescribed medication for my illness but immediately stopped after one day because I had an allergic reaction. Reached out to Dr. B and Nurse Naruta's team about the reaction and have stopped taking the medications. Until now no one has returned my call regarding these medications. Now, I've been asking since Jan 3rd for an rx to get a monitoring device for my illness and still the doctor has not written my script despite my specialist highly recommend I get one as soon as possible. I'm not just a new patient, I've been a patient of Dr. B since 2017. If you had asked me 3 years ago if I'd recommend Dr. B and his team, I would say 100% yes. But now, I can't in good conscience recommend anyone there. You will not get the care you deserve. No one will call you back. When you need help, all you will get busy tone and days and days of voicemails.

This provider has not once, but twice, taken over 4 full days to sign off on a refill for my mental health medications. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I am disappointed in this quality of care.
