Went to this provider for an assessment for a family member. The process was long, and he forgot to administer a huge part of it, and had to drive to our town to finish administering it. The final report was confusing, and was inaccurate. He obviously used parts from another person’s report(names, charges, etc were wrong)and just typed over it to save time in preparing ours. Not helpful for us to use in a court case at all. We expected better for the huge fee we paid. Waste of money and time.
