Mrs. Christina is an amazing therapist. She is empathetic, patient, funny and understanding. She offers great coping tips and is really good at explaining the science behind what you’re experiencing in a clear and comforting way. I’ve always felt she not only cares about helping me work through my anxiety, but she also genuinely cares about me as a person.
