I saw Jacob at my family practice for the first time yesterday, as my own provider was out this week. I am a medical person myself, and was very impressed with Jacob's medical knowledge, his listening skills, his physical assessment skills and his high degree of professionalism. I am very pleased with the tests he decided to order based on my bothersome symptoms. I felt very comfortable and at ease in Jacob's care. I would not hesitate to see him again as a provider, or to recommend him to my closest friends and family.

Husband went in with ascites, asked to have it drained. Brannen said he didn't think he could do it there. We knew that. Said he didn't know how to place an order for it. Left and came back and said he placed it. We never heard anything. Told Brannen husband been shivering and running high fever. Said he may have an infection. The only thing that was done was he pushed on husband's stomach. Nurse took blood pressure. Never listened to heart or checked anything. Husband has some pnemonia and in hospital. Scary that Brannen had trainee with him. I understand that the clinic is short handed but need someone qualified not just a body.
