It was a pleasure to come and see everyone again. I was feeling like I had a bad cold and could not stop coughing. Dr Smart reviewed my systems and came up with a great plan to help me get better. I thank Dr Smart and her crew for making me better., and thank you all for being there for all of us.

Samantha Smart is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and patient. She listens to all of my concerns, and answers my questions. She doesn't try to rush through the visit. Jim

I went to urgent care for what I thought was either bad allergies as always or possibly a bad cold. Once I arrived I was very impressed with the COVID safety measures for staff and patients. I was seen Very quickly (as usual), and I can't even begin to express the compassion and comfort level that Samantha Smart NP sincerely offered especially during these unsure/nerving times.. Ms. Smart, you are Truly in the career field you belong in, and are whole heartedly Appreciated!!!

Samantha Smart is professional and personable. From the time she walks into the room she is attentive to you as her patient, as if she does not have another patient waiting. She is trough as she inquires about the nature of your visit and the best treatment to help you.

Really good. Distancing, gloves and masking was strictly adhered to by staff. In the waiting room were two masked patients in the scheduled area and two UNMASKED patients in the urgent care area. What’s wrong with this picture?

I have been going to Lewis Gale Physicians at Valley View for 20 years. Following Dr. Daughtery's retirement I was concerned about having someone else take over I didn't know. NO worries there. Dr. Smart has been there for me for all my issues. She listens and answers all your health questions. Referrals are done quickly. Prescriptions are renewed as needed. Short wait times. Calls are returned the same day when you have a question. She knows how to handle insurance company demands that are a pain. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

Saw me promptly after arrival, checked me over, answered any questions I had. All in all, very satisfactory visit.
